Submuscular breast augmentation

This very thin and athletic women desired a subtle breast augmentation. She underwent a submuscular augmentation through an inframammary incision with a 200 cc mentor moderate profile plus silicone implant. The after images were taken at six months. As you can see, 200 cc was more than enough. In the United States, plastic surgeons tend to go far bigger than the rest of their peers internationally. This comes with a definite downside in terms of complications, damage, and an almost pornographic aesthetic. This is not my personal preference.
