Revision tummy tuck # 19

Revision body contouring, which I do a lot of, can be very challenging, but also rewarding. This 41-year-old mother of two, who is a native of Mexico, had a mini tummy tuck and BBL in Mexico in 2015.  She was left with pigmented and damaged skin over flanks and a widened, and somewhat hypertrophic scar.  She underwent a revision extended tummy tuck to correct her appearance. She is one year postop in the after images.
