Revision breast lift # 4

32-year-old mother of two had a prior circumareolar or donut mastopexy augmentation put another multi surgeon, Charlotte based plastic surgery practice. Her implants bottomed out and her areolas stretched, which is common with that procedure.  She underwent a subsequent revision superior pedicle mastopexy with removal of inferior breast tissue to create a stronger lift, more durable lift while better shaping the breasts while keeping her old saline implants.  She is six months postop in the after images.
