33 year old mother of two had saline breast augmentation with 400 cc devices prior to having children and ended up with ptosis or breast droop, contractures and a “snoopy nose” deformity with breast tissue spilling off the surface of the implant. She underwent explantation of her old implants with capsule removal, conversion to a small, moderate profile implant (300 cc Mentor), superior pedicle mastopexy with lower pole tissue removal to create a stronger lift. She is 6 weeks post-op in the after images.
