Mommy makeover with implant replacement and extended abdominoplasty

This patient is a 51 year-old mother of three who desired a mommy makeover. She had saline breast augmentation in 2004 with 350 cc implants.  Her makeover included an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction of the abdomen and hips and removal and replacement of her implants with conversion to 450 cc Mentor high profile saline device.  The higher profile and slightly larger implants lifted her breasts and improved projection without a lift which was her preference.  She is six months postop.
