Mommy Makeover post weight loss

This patient is a 47-year-old nurse and mother of three whose children range in age from 30 to 8.  Due to this, she underwent significant cyclical weight changes and massive weight loss and subsequent trunk deflation and tissue laxity.  She underwent a tummy tuck with muscle repair, 360 liposuction and fat grafting of the breasts.  She is 6 months post-op in the after images.
