Mommy Makeover # 33

This patient has a very fit 28-year-old mother who had a 60 pound weight shift with her last pregnancy with abdominal skin laxity. In addition, she had undergone a saline subfascial breast augmentation as a 21 year by another Charlotte Plastic Surgeon. She developed severe grade IV capsular contracture as well as implant distortion and pain. She underwent  conversion to a submuscular plane with a 700 cc high profile Mentor gel implant. She is six months postop in the afterimages.
