Mommy makeover # 27

The constellation of procedures that falls under the classification of mommy makeover can be applied to many different clinical situations, including motherhood, massive weight loss, aging and body damage in the context of chronic medical conditions.  While this 51 year old woman had not had children, her body had been ravaged by a long struggle with rheumatoid arthritis and steroid-induced weight gain. In addition, she had breast asymmetry, which was exacerbated by a left breast biopsy.  She underwent 360 liposuction and a submuscular breast augmentation with a 455 cc high profile saline device on the right and a 405 cc device on the left. She is six months postop in the after images.  As you can see, she now has a more feminine silhouette and more body balance overall.
