35 year old mother of three desired restoration of her body, including an improved rejuvenated, silhouette and fat grafting of the buttocks. She underwent 360 liposuction, fat grafting of the buttocks, and a tummy tuck with muscle repair.  800 cc was placed in each side. The afterimages were taken at six months.
