37-year-old mother of three became somewhat square first pregnancy due to unyielding lipodystrophy.  She did not want a tummy tuck. She did want restoration of her pre-pregnancy silhouette and additional volume in her buttocks. She underwent 360 liposuction and a BBL during which 900 cc place in each side using the Wells Johnson system. After images were taken at six weeks.
