Patient was very fit Dominican mother of two, who had prior cosmetic surgery in the Dominican Republic, which included a BBL and mastopexy augmentation. Her tissues ended up bottoming out, and I revised the mastopexy and downsized her implants to 250 cc Mentor moderate profile plus gels.  After images were taken at six months.
