Tummy tuck BBL

This 39 your mother of 3 had a tummy tuck and BBL combination.  This is a very powerful way to transform and contour a post baby body.  As you can seem from the before images, her abdomen to buttock ratio needs to be flipped and that is what 360 liposuction and fat grafting with a tummy tuck can do.  VAL or Vase-assisted liposuction was performed and the Wells Johnson system was used to graft 750 cc into the left buttock and 800 cc into the right along with muscle repair and skin removal.  She is 6 months post-op in the after images.
