Gel breast augmenation

This patient is a 30 year old woman who had B-cup breasts with asymmetry.  She wanted a full but natural looking C-cup breast.  To that end, she underwent a dual plane, submuscular breast augmentation through a fold incision with a 350 cc Mentor moderate profile plus Boost implant on the right and a 400 cc implant on the left to balance out her asymmetry.  The Boost implant maintains upper pole fullness better due to the more cohesive gel used.  She is 6 months post-op in the after images.
