Mastopexy augmentation after weight loss

53 year old mother of two and weight loss patient who lost close to 50 lbs on Ozempic leading to deflated and ptotic breasts.  To reverse this, she had a superior pedicle breast lift and augmentation with a 300 cc moderate profile Mentor saline breast implant. Her after pictures were taken at 6 months.  It is very important to avoid large implants in weight loss patients to circumvent tissue stress and bottoming out.
