Silicone Breast Augmentation

This patient is a 37-year-old mother of two who lost breast volume due to the pregnancy process. She opted for a breast augmentation with a 340 cc moderate profile plus Mentor Boost gel implant. Because of for anatomy, she opted for the boost style implant which maintains its upper pole volume better in situ due to the more cohesive gel that is used.
