Breast augmentation + lift #5

28 year old woman had breast asymmetry, ptosis and overall deflation with poor upper pole volume.  She underwent a vertical pedicle mastopexy reduction along with placement of a submuscular 300 cc moderate profile mentor saline implant. She is six weeks post in the after images.
