Patient is a 55-year-old woman with two children who underwent a 60 pound weight shift, leading to significant defamation of a trunk and posterior half. She underwent 360 liposuction, a tummy tuck and fat grafting of the buttocks to reverse some of this damage.  1000 cc was placed on the left and 900 cc on the right. The after images were taken at six months. As you can see, skin excision, and volumizing with fat and or implants is a powerful approach to post massive weight loss restoration and rejuvenation.
