32-year-old mother of two had a prior circumareolar or donut mastopexy augmentation put another multi surgeon, Charlotte based plastic surgery practice. Her implants bottomed out and her areolas stretched, which is common with that procedure.  She underwent a subsequent mommy makeover which included revision mastopexy, while using her old saline implants and a tummy tuck with liposuction. She is six months postop in the after images.
