Breast implant revision

Patient is a 42-year-old mother who had her first breast augmentation by a surgeon in rock Hill South Carolina back in 2004.  This initial procedure was complicated by breast implant malposition on the right side with migration into the arm pit. This was corrected in 2011. More recently, she developed very nasty grade IV capsular contracture on the left. She desired correction of this deformity (left capsulectomy with drain placement), removal of her 390 cc McGann saline implants and conversion to 450 cc high profile mentor saline implants.  The after pictures were taken at six weeks.
