Subfascial breast augmentation #14

The patient is a 43 year old mother of two who developed some post-baby breast volume loss or hypomastia.  She thus desired breast augmentation.  Since she worked as a massage therapist and did not want to lose stretch from a submuscular approach, she opted for subfacial placement of a 550 moderate profile plus Mentor saline implant.  She is 6 months post-op in the after images.
