BBL + body contouring revision

44-year-old woman who had a prior tummy tuck with 36o liposuction in Florida and was left somewhat square looking. She has a very muscular frame do partly due to genetics and partly due to the fact that she’s a power lifter.  Six months ago, she underwent a completion tummy tuck to synch her waist line in addition to fat grafting of the buttocks. As usual, both VASER and power assisted (PAL) liposuction was used in conjunction with the Wells Johnson grafting system tap to optimize safety and graft survival. 400 cc was placed in each side.  Her silhouette is now much improved
